Within all of our products, our commitment to producing world class bread with
ingredients you can pronounce is evident. 

We believe bread should be good for days, not weeks, and never use chemical additives
to prolong shelf life.

 
 

City Bread is a Parve Kosher baking facility. We use our own natural sours as part of the baking process, giving the bread it's unique flavour, and the same great taste since 1948.

 

 

“I just love City Rye bread. I was so happy to have found it at the local Co-op store where just moved to in Gimli.
I grabbed a loaf, one with a nice dark crust and took it home. All the way home I was thinking how wonderful it will taste after it was toasted and I could sit down with the Rye toast and a cup of tea. By the end of the day I had consumed half the loaf!
