Within all of our products, our commitment to producing world class bread with
ingredients you can pronounce is evident. You’ll find ingredients like sea salt, whole grains, flour from wheat grown and harvested in the Prairies, and vinegar based natural mold inhibitors
rather than chemical additives.
We believe bread should be good for days, not weeks, and never use chemical additives
to prolong shelf life.
City Bread is a Parve Kosher baking facility. We use our own natural sours as part of the
baking process, giving the bread it's unique flavour, and same great taste since 1948.
